Well I don't really either .. however over 10 years by now, I had a vision of excitment by being able to make my own bread to my family for life. I've heard about the concept of creating a so called, starter that acts like a great wine, by meaning it gets better and better with time.

It's foundation, my starter, was born in October 2022. It has been fed every single day since, so by now, it can be called a strong and stable starter. This is the kind of journey that makes it all worth it.
